NEW SERVICE & FEES

Requirements to start water and sewer service:
1) A lease agreement (if you rent)
2) Proof of identification (Drivers License, etc)
3) $150 deposit

If a customer moves to a different location within the Earle Water and Sewer system, their deposit will transfer with the customer. If a customer moves to a location outside the Earle Water and Sewer system, their deposit will be used to cover any outstanding balance due ou their bill. Any remaining balance will be refunded to customer.

Fees:
$25 Returned check fee (cash required to pick up returned check)
$250 Tampering fee. (if any meter is tampered with, all past due balances and tampering fee will be due before restoration of service)
Tap fees: $500 fee for 3/4 inch pipe. Any larger are at current cost.
